Terms of Use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply when you connect a LinkedIn account to Presscadence or use the service in any other way. By doing so you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not connect an account.
1. Who provides the service
Presscadence is provided by Sayar Danışmanlık ("we"). Contact: support@sayardanismanlik.com.
2. Current status
Presscadence is in private development. It is currently used only with its developer's own LinkedIn profile and company page, and there is no public sign-up. These terms describe the rules for any account that is connected to the service.
3. What the service does
Presscadence lets an AI assistant that you connect prepare drafts of posts for a LinkedIn profile or Page that you manage. A signed-in person reviews each draft and approves its exact text and publish time. The service then publishes the approved post through LinkedIn's official interfaces and reports aggregate performance figures for your own Page and posts.
The service does not send direct messages or connection requests, does not search for people, and does not build contact or lead lists.
4. Connecting a LinkedIn account
- You connect an account on LinkedIn's own authorization screen. Presscadence never asks for your LinkedIn password.
- You may only connect a profile that is yours, and Pages that you are authorised to manage.
- Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's own agreements and policies. These terms do not replace them.
- How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- You decide what is published. Nothing is published without your approval, and you are responsible for every post you approve.
- Review every draft. Drafts written by an AI assistant can contain errors, invented facts or text you do not have the right to use. Read and correct each draft before you approve it.
- Approve in person. The approval page is for a person. Do not let an automated agent or script sign in to it or approve drafts for you, and keep your approval sign-in to yourself.
- Publish only what you may publish. You must hold the rights to the content you approve, and it must comply with the law and with LinkedIn's rules.
6. What you must not do
- Use the service for spam, mass or repetitive posting, misleading content, or impersonation.
- Try to bypass the approval step, the rate limits or any other safeguard of the service.
- Use the service to collect data about other people, or for sales prospecting, lead generation or recruiting.
- Resell the service, or build a product or service for other parties on top of it.
- Interfere with the service or try to access data that is not yours.
7. Your AI assistant
You choose the AI assistant that you connect to Presscadence. It is provided by a third party under that party's own terms and privacy policy, and we do not control it. What your assistant can receive from Presscadence is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. LinkedIn
Presscadence is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. The service depends on interfaces that LinkedIn provides and on access that LinkedIn grants and can change or withdraw. Features may therefore change, be limited or stop working, and we may have to suspend your access when LinkedIn requires it.
9. Your content
Your drafts and posts remain yours. You allow us to store and process them, and to send approved posts to LinkedIn, only as far as needed to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
10. Fees
There is currently no charge for the service. If paid plans are introduced, these terms will be updated and you will be told before any charge applies to you.
11. Availability
During private development the service is provided as it is, without a commitment to availability. Publishing can fail or be delayed, for example when LinkedIn is unavailable or refuses a post. Check the status of your posts, and do not rely on the service for anything time-critical.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, reputation or data, or for the content of posts that you approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law, including rights you may have as a consumer.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using Presscadence at any time by disconnecting your LinkedIn account or by asking us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law or LinkedIn requires it, or if the service is discontinued. What happens to your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are heard by the courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another court.
15. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new version applies to you.
