Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Presscadence processes, why, for how long, and how you can have it deleted. It covers this website and the Presscadence service.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Sayar Danışmanlık — Uğur Sayar, Gümüşsuyu Mh. Kazancı Yokuşu Sk. No:11/2 Ada apt., 34437 Beyoğlu, İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: support@sayardanismanlik.com.
Data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
2. Current status of the service
Presscadence is in private development. It is currently used only with its developer's own LinkedIn profile and company page, and there is no public sign-up. This policy describes how the service handles data for any account that is connected to it.
3. This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking technologies, and it has no forms. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
4. Data the service processes
When you connect a LinkedIn account to Presscadence through LinkedIn's authorization screen, the service processes:
- Account identifiers — your LinkedIn member ID and name, and the ID and name of each LinkedIn Page you choose to manage.
- Access tokens issued by LinkedIn, so the service can act for you within the permissions you granted. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown to you or to an AI assistant.
- Content you create in Presscadence — drafts, proposed and approved publish times, approval and rejection records, and a log of actions taken on your drafts.
- Publishing records — the identifiers of posts published through Presscadence, when they were published, and whether publishing succeeded.
- Performance figures — aggregate statistics for your Page and for your own posts, such as impressions, reactions and comment counts.
The service does not retrieve or store other LinkedIn members' profile data, the content of other people's posts or comments, your connections, or your messages. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
5. Why the data is processed
- To provide the service you asked for — drafting, approval, scheduling, publishing and reporting for the accounts you connected. Legal basis: performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and the authorization you give on LinkedIn's consent screen.
- To keep the service secure and working — access logs, error logs and rate limiting. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Data obtained from LinkedIn is used only to manage the LinkedIn profile or Pages you connected. It is not used for advertising, sales prospecting, lead generation or recruiting, it is not sold, and it is not combined with other data to build profiles of people.
6. Artificial intelligence
Presscadence does not operate or train an AI model. You connect it to an AI assistant of your choice. When your assistant calls Presscadence, it can receive your own drafts, the status of your own posts and aggregate performance figures. Your assistant's provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Drafts created by an AI assistant are labelled as AI-generated.
- Nothing is published until a signed-in person has reviewed and approved the exact text and publish time. You can edit any draft before approving it.
- AI-generated text can contain inaccuracies. Check each draft before you approve it.
- Presscadence does not use data obtained from LinkedIn to train AI models.
7. How long data is kept
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Account identifiers | Until you disconnect the account or ask for deletion |
| Access tokens | Until they expire or you disconnect, whichever comes first |
| Drafts, approvals, publishing records, action log | Until you delete them, disconnect the account or ask for deletion |
| Page statistics | Up to 12 months |
| Statistics on your own posts | Cached for up to 48 hours |
| Technical logs | Up to 30 days |
After you disconnect an account or ask for deletion, all remaining data for that account is deleted within 30 days.
8. Who receives data
- LinkedIn — receives the posts you approve for publishing, as part of providing the service.
- Cloudflare — hosts the service and its database as a data processor.
- Your AI assistant's provider — receives what your assistant requests from Presscadence, as described in section 6. You choose that provider; it is not engaged by Presscadence.
Data is not shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
9. Transfers outside Türkiye
Cloudflare and LinkedIn operate data centres in several countries, so data may be processed outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area. By connecting an account you consent to this transfer.
10. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, and under GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask whether your data is processed, request a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@sayardanismanlik.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
You can also disconnect Presscadence at any time in your LinkedIn account settings, under the list of services you have permitted. Disconnecting stops all access to your LinkedIn account immediately.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or with your local data protection authority.
11. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. LinkedIn access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to stored data is limited to the operator of the service.
12. Children
Presscadence is intended for professional use and is not directed at children.
13. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Changes that widen what data is processed are published before they take effect.
